Photos2Sheet - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using Photos2sheet (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service Photos2sheet is a web-based utility that automates the process of uploading images to a user's Google Drive and cataloging them within a Google Sheet. The Service acts as a tool to interact with the user's own Google Account and does not provide its own data storage.

3. User Responsibilities

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Account, which is used to access this Service.
User Content: You are solely responsible for the images and content you choose to upload through the Service ("Content"). You represent that you have all necessary rights to your Content and that you're not infringing on any third-party rights by using it.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

4. Data Storage and Privacy The Service is designed with privacy at its core. All files, data, and content you process with Photos2sheet (including uploaded images and generated spreadsheets) are stored directly and exclusively in your own Google Account. We do not have access to, nor do we store, copy, or manage any of your files. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for a detailed explanation of how the application interacts with your data.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability In no event shall the developer of Photos2sheet be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Terms of Service on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Service.
